Description by OLDIES.com:

When a young child is tragically abandoned on the docks of San Francisco, he is found and taken in by a kindly fisherman (Bobby Breen). All seems fine in this heart-warming and dramatic musical, until the arrival of the fisherman's sister-in-law and her bratty son. The unwanted presence of this duplicitous duo is so upsetting for the boy, he feels his only option is to run away, leaving behind his fisherman father figure who launches a city-wide search in a frenzied effort to find him. Features the songs: "Fisherman's Chantey," "Sell Your Cares for a Song" and "Blue Italian Waters."
