A mad scientist's (David Carradine) experiments transform a Vietnam vet (Tommy Kirk) into a zombie who then becomes a tool for crime. Mayhem and madness ensue in this bizarre horror/action movie featuring go-go dancers and music by the Vendells, filmed in Chill-O-Rama.
