History Channel: Wild West Tech - Gang Tech

The late David Carradine (Cole Younger in THE LONG RIDERS) revisits the outlaw days of the American Old West in this special from The History Channel. The program begins by profiling some of the most notorious criminals from the said era - including stagecoach bandits in Gold Rush California and scalphunters in the Southwestern U.S. - with a heightened emphasis on etching out the personalities of several still-notorious gangs. The documentary then moves into the "tech" aspects of those gangs by examining the terrifying weaponry that they wielded, including the Remington Model 8 Semiautomatic, the 1841 Mississippi Rifle, and the Arkansas Toothpick - an enormous balanced dagger inseparable from the era that produced it.
