The deranged dynamic duo speedily maneuvers their rickety Ratcycle in search of the curvaceous hostage, Ceebee. Between rock & roll songs and wild watusi go-go parties, Rat Pfink and Boo Boo rescue Ceebee and end the Chain Gang's reign of terror only to face the furred, fanged fury of Kogar the Swinging Ape! Can our dime-store superheroes tame the gargantuan beast and save the damsel from a fate worse than death? Who will survive and how?

A rock singer and a gardener tranform into superheroes to rescue the musician's girlfriend from evil. Featuring Kogar the swinging ape. The title gaffe is an industry legend; the mispelling of "fink" couldn't be corrected after the credits were shot since the money ran out, so the title changed to accomodate the error.
