An explosive detective is driven to catch a serial killer who has already committed fifteen grisly murders. Unfortunately for the detective, the police department wants no part of his offbeat tactics. So he's in this one alone and unrestrained - unfortunately for the killer.
LAPD Detective Lloyd Hopkins is a workaholic. When his wife leaves him and takes their child, Hopkins is left with nothing but his job. But he'll barely notice they're gone now that he's chasing a serial killer whose next move is anyone's guess.
