The three-disc set Lounging in the City offers a fairly suave mix of laid-back trip-hop, jazz, urban, and pop music, including Nellie McKay's "Change the World," Nina Simone's "That's All I Want (From You)," Hooverphonic's "One," and Chantal Kreviazuk's "Leaving on a Jet Plane." The collection also includes a surprising amount of tracks from celebrity singers, including two from supermodel Naomi Campbell, "Love & Tears" and "All Through the Night," as well as one from actress Danielle Brisebois, "Just Missed the Train [Acoustic Version]." Tracks from Finley Quaye, Peach Union, Billie Holiday, Basia, Fiona Apple, and Sophie B. Hawkins round out the collection, creating a smooth but diverse atmosphere. ~ Heather Phares
