An excellent, if misleadingly titled, sort of greatest hits compilation featuring two of country music's most deservedly legendary singers in their early- to mid-'60s prime. These are, however, not live recordings, despite the "On Tour" moniker; the hits here, (five by Cline, five by disciple Lynn) are in every case the familiar studio versions. The programming here is first-rate, with signature tunes from both singers, including Lynn's autobiographical classic "Coal Miner's Daughter" and Cline's three-hanky ballad "Crazy."
