Processing Time

Most orders ship within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) of receipt. We may hold the order for an additional 1-2 business days so that we can provide you with the best fill rate on the order. We process and ship orders daily, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and days that UPS and/or USPS are closed.

Domestic Shipping Methods & Rates

For orders shipping to a U.S. address, we charge a single flat fee for each shipment, determined by which method of shipment you choose for your order. If you opt to have your order shipped in multiple shipments, additional shipping charges may apply.

* Heavy orders are defined as those orders containing two or more books.

** Orders shipped by this method may incur additional shipping charges due to total order weight. We will contact you by email or telephone if this is the case with your order.

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and U.S. possessions/territories are sent via USPS Priority Mail only. Please allow extra time for delivery to addresses outside of the 48 contiguous United States.

Customers residing outside of the United States should view our International Shipping page to be aware of our policies and rates.

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

• Offer ends Sunday, June 30 at 11:59PM Eastern Time.
• Order subtotal must be at least $100 before any sales taxes and/or shipping charges.
• Orders will be shipped via Economy Shipping or similar carrier of our choosing.
• Estimated delivery times are 4-12 business days after order ships.

FREE Faster shipping on orders of $200 or more.

• Order subtotal must be at least $200 before any sales taxes and/or shipping charges.
• Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or similar carrier of our choosing.
• Estimated delivery times are 1-6 business days after order ships.

General restrictions:

• Valid on orders placed online only, not valid on prior orders.
• During checkout, you must select the 'Ship as Single Package' option.
• Free shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous United States (not valid on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses).
• Offer excludes some heavy items which include special shipping charges or carrier requirements.
• Orders containing Vinyl Records, Gifts & Collectibles, Apparel, Electronics or Accessories do not qualify for free shipping.
• We are sorry, but international orders do not qualify for free shipping.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time without notice.
• Returns or cancellations which affect the minimum purchase amount may result in the forfeiture of discounts applied at the time an order is placed and you may be responsible for paying any such adjustments.
• Certain dealer and large quantity orders may not qualify for this promotion at our discretion. If this applies we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
