
Recover email marked as spam
Sometimes important email messages may be
mistakenly marked as spam and moved to a seperate folder.
To help ensure that you get the email that you want,

Recover important mail from the Spam Folder

Open your "Spam Folder"
Click the "Mail" menu, then click the "Spam Folder" menu item.
This will open your Spam Folder.

Mark email as "Not Spam"
Click on the email that you would like to remove from your spam folder,
and click the "This is Not Spam" button.
This will add OLDIES.com to your contact list, and moves the message in your inbox.

Recover important mail from the Junk Email Folder

Open your "Junk Email" folder
Click the "Junk email" link in the lower left corner of your Junk email screen.

Add sender to Safe List
Click the "Safe List" link to add a new contact to your Safe List.

Open your "Suspect Email" folder
Click the "Suspect Email" link on the left side of the page.

Move suspect mail to your inbox
Check the box next to the email(s) you want to move to your inbox,
and click the "Go" button.

Check the box next to the email(s) you want to move to your inbox,
