Stephen Martin Jocz, 23 July 1981, Ajax, Ontario, Canada; drums). Dave Baksh (b. 26 July 1980, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; guitar) and Cone McCaslin (b. Jason McCaslin, 3 September 1980, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; bass) were recruited to complete the line-up, with the band taking their unusual moniker from the fact that they were formed 41 days into the summer.
