Paul E. Huston, 2 April 1967, Amityville, Long Island, New York, USA. Alongside Daddy-O, Prince Paul is the second of Stetsasonics founding members to enjoy notable extra-curricular activities. Similarly his production credits take pride of place in his list of achievements. Probably his proudest moment came in helming De La Souls 1989 classic 3 Feet High And Rising, though other credits include the Fine Young Cannibals, Boogie Down Productions, MC Lyte, and Big Daddy Kane. His other notable productions included the anti-crack You Still Smoking That Shit?, and Dont Let Your Mouth Write A Check That Your Ass Cant Cash. He set up his own Doo Dew label in the 90s, with signings including Resident Alien. However, by 1994 the contract with the labels sponsors had turned sour and he embarked instead on a collaboration with old-Stetsasonic hand Fruitkwan as part of the rap super group Gravediggaz.
