Biography
When masked metallists Mushroomhead rose to prominence at the start of the new millennium, many assumed that they were merely copying another similar styled outfit that shared their affinity for ghoulish masks, Slipknot. The truth is that Mushroomhead had been around longer than Slipknot, as they had originally formed in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, during spring 1993. Although initially thought of as merely a side project, its members, who include Skinny (drums), Shmotz (keyboards), J Mann (vocals), Jeffrey Nothing (vocals), Benis (bass), Gravy (guitar), Bronson (guitar), Stitch (samples), quickly reconsidered shortly after their inaugural concert in the fall of the same year.
