Sounding like a more metallic Marilyn Manson (and borrowing a few fashion pointers from the former Brian Warner, as well), the Murderdolls is a side-project that contains members of both Slipknot and Static-X. The band’s roots lay in an earlier outfit called the Rejects, led by guitarist Joey Jordison (Nathan Jonas Jordison, 26 April 1975, Des Moines, Iowa, USA). This outfit was put on hold when Jordison donned a mask and began playing drums for Slipknot (often going by the alias of number 1). With Slipknot on hiatus in 2002, its members were left to pursue other interests, so Jordison opted to pick up the guitar once more and relaunched his former band. He recruited Static-X member Tripp Eisen (b. Tod Rex Salvador, 29 June 1965, USA; guitar), Wednesday 13 (b.
