Biography
This UK glam/sleaze rock quintet featured ex-Hanoi Rocks bass player Sam Yaffa, with Mickey Finn (vocals), Fernie Rod (guitar), Billy Rowe (guitar) and Ron Tostenson (drums) completing the line-up. Applying cosmetic surgery to the riffs of AC/DC, Poison and Aerosmith, they leaned towards the bluesier end of this genre. However, Jetboy failed to add the necessary sparkle to make their material either memorable or commercially accessible. Yaffa quit in 1990 to join forces with former Hanoi Rocks vocalist Michael Monroe, and Jetboy have been inactive since.
