He walked out of a successful job at IBM to become a stand-up comedian, developing his famous catchphrase ‘You might be a redneck if...’, an example being: ‘You might be a redneck if you lost a tooth opening a beer can.’ The southern states have taken Foxworthy to heart and appreciate that his humour is affectionate. He collaborated with Little Texas for ‘Party All Night’ and makes a guest appearance in Alan Jackson’s video for ‘I’m In Love With You Honey And I Don’t Even Know Your Name’.
