Biography
Rap crew affiliated with leading dirty south hip-hop star Ludacris (Christopher Brian Bridges, 11 September 1977, Champaign, Illinois, USA). Buoyed by the success of his national radio hit Southern Hospitality and the albums Back For The First Time and Word Of Mouf, on which members of Disturbing Tha Peace made cameo appearances, Ludacris teamed up with Shawnna (b. Rashawnna Guy, 1 October 1979, Chicago, Illinois, USA), Jay Cee, Tity Boi, I-20 and Lil Fate to record the collectives debut, Golden Grain. Released in September 2002, the album included some notable raps from Ludacris but was let down by some hackneyed beats and mediocre performances from the other rappers. A second collection limped out in 2005.
