Biography
Dino Kartsonakis, 1946, Manhattan, New York, USA. The son of Helen and John Kartsonakis, Dino began to play the piano when he was three years old and has gone on to become contemporary Christian musics most prolific pianist. Indeed, some consider his technique to be flashy enough to warrant the title, Christian Liberace. His studies continued through high school, Kings College in Braircliff Manor, New York, and the Juilliard School Of Music in Manhattan. He then joined Arthur Rubinstein on several tours of Europe. His first album was recorded in 1963 for Diadem Records when he was just 17 years old. After serving in the army, he moved to California where he formed his own record label and released a further five albums of devotional piano compositions. He also played as the concert pianist for Kathryn Kuhlman for three years and was the musical director on her syndicated television programme I Believe In Miracles. In 1974 he signed with Light...
