Biography
Robert Andrykowski, 1 March 1961, Arlington Heights, Illinois, USA. The 90s country singer Davis Daniel grew up in Nebraska and was inspired after seeing Willie Nelson in concert. He moved to Nashville in 1988 and soon signed a record contract. His first album was produced by Ron Haffkine, the former manager/producer of Dr. Hook. Daniel does not set the charts alight but has recorded some interesting country songs, including William And Mary about an incompatible couple (Shes got a phone in her car and a fax in her trunk/I got a horse that knows the way home if I get drunk) and Tyler, a tribute to his baby son, who also features on the record. His albums are marred by their inconsistency.
