28 August 1981, Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Deacon grew up in Baltimore, with a great passion and talent for music. As soon as he graduated in the mid-90s he enrolled at the world-renowned Conservatory of Music at Purchase College, New York, where he played in many experimental bands. His love of the avant garde pushed him to work with musicians playing everything from grindcore to electro. Deacon graduated majoring in electro-acoustic and computer music composition, which became a catalyst for the type of music he went on to produce. In the early years of the new millennium he started to release music on the underground scene in Baltimore. These recordings were very random in nature and had a cartoon aesthetic that was aimed at bedroom-dwelling teenagers across the city.
