Biography
Matlock, Derbyshire, England. Webster secured his first recording contract at the age of 19 and released experimental electro under the name the Mile High Club. Later, he released house tracks using pseudonyms such as Furry Phreaks, Symetrix, Low Rise, Sine and Love From San Francisco. The latter was also the name of the record label Webster set up with friends when he moved to America in the early 90s, although he continues to spend time back in England. Webster is also known for his deep house releases as Presence. Under this moniker he released the single Sense Of Danger in November 1998 and the accompanying All Systems Gone in January 1999. Both the single and the album received ecstatic reviews from all areas of the music press: the UKs DJ magazine awarded the album 11 out of 10.
