This German euro- trance DJing and production/remix duo comprises experienced DJs, Jaspa Jones and Piet Blank. Their singles ‘Flying To The Moon’, ‘Cream’, ‘After Love’, and ‘The Nightfly’ have all been hits in Europe, and were included on their debut release In Da Mix. ‘Cream’ topped the UK’s dance music charts in 1999, and reached the national Top 30 when it was licensed from Germany’s Kontor Records by the Deviant label and championed by DJs such as Paul Van Dyk and Judge Jules. DJ Culture opened with a track written by Dieter Meier of the respected electronic pioneers, Yello. Unfortunately, this was the highlight of an album that was formulaic pop-trance: snare drum rolls and saccharine melodies being deployed with little effort to experiment with the style. The duo have remixed tracks for ATB and Paul Van Dyk and continue to be in demand as remixers and club DJs throughout Europe.
