Biography
This Canadian quartet specialized in melodic and hard-edged AOR. They were formed in 1987 by drummer Sjor Throndson and vocalist Jan Ek, who both wanted to prove that Canada had much more to offer than merely Rush and Bryan Adams. Recruiting guitarist K.B. Broc and bass player Jay Scott King, their line-up was finalized in 1989. After incessant gigging in their native Canada, the band was signed by RCA Records. They debuted in 1992 with a self-titled album that incorporated elements of Bon Jovi, Ratt and Aerosmith, and, for a while, looked likely to develop into a major force.
