From their beginnings in 1969, there have been many personnel changes in the Battlefield Band. Founder member Alan Reid (2 May 1950, Glasgow, Scotland; keyboards, vocals) is the one constant. He has been joined over the years by Brian McNeill (b. 6 April 1950, Falkirk, Scotland; vocals, multi-instruments), Dougie Pincock (b. 7 July 1961, Glasgow, Scotland; pipes, flute, saxophone), Alistair Russell (b. 15 February 1951, Newcastle, Northumberland, England; guitar, vocals), Jim Barnes (guitar), Sylvia Barnes (dulcimer, bodhran), John Gahagan (concertina), Jamie McMenemy (guitar, mandolin, vocals), Pat Kilbride (guitar, vocals), Duncan MacGillivray (pipes), Ged Foley (b.
