Biography

This Newcastle, England-based, speed metal outfit was formed by ex-Blitzkrieg duo Brian Ross (vocals) and Mick Moore (bass). With the addition of Gary Young (drums) and Lee Cheetam (guitar), they recorded the single ‘Too Wild To Tame’, before Ross switched places with Satan’s vocalist Ian Swift. Bloodsports followed, a prime example of the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal and notable for some inspired guitar work from Cheetam. A series of guitarists arrived and departed in rapid succession, with American Greg Reiter eventually being recruited on a permanent basis. Killer Elite was followed by a disastrous American tour. Returning to England, Swift left to join Atomkraft and the band fell apart.
