Margaret Wienk, USA. One of the most gifted, distinctive talents of the psych folk revival that emerged in the USA in the early 00s, singer-songwriter and guitarist/cellist Wienk contributed to recordings by kindred spirits such as Espers and Currituck County, but her own artistic vision is realized under the name Fern Knight. Accompanied by an ever-shifting collective of players drawn from the psych folk community, Wienk first recorded under the Fern Knight moniker on 2003s Seven Years Of Severed Limbs.
