This six-piece rap ensemble from Brooklyn, New York, USA comprises the three George brothers, Brian B-Fine, Paul Anthony and Bowlegged Lou, plus cousins Baby Gerry Charles, Junior Shy Shy Clark and Curt TT Bedeau. In addition to their three hit albums (all placed in the lower reaches of the Billboard Top 200), the sextet also provided production, arranging and writing duties for protégés Lisa Lisa And Cult Jam, as well as U.T.F.O. , Cheryl Pepsi Riley and even James Brown. Full Forces debut album saw their anthropology rewarded with friends like Lisa Lisa, U.T.F.O., Howie Tee and the Real Roxanne dropping in. B-Fine would also help ex-U.T.F.O. man Doctor Ice write songs for his debut album. They also found time to appear in Krush Groove, House Party 1 and2, and form their own independent label, Homegrown Records. The first signing to their new empire was rap group Scream. A more dubious honour was also being the only rap group ever to be lent vocal assistance by Samantha Fox (on Smoove). A serious car accident threatened their future for some time as two members were out of action. They returned to full strength in 1997 and finally released a new album in 2001.
